Mr Parise is the co-head of the firm’s corporate practice and leads the firm’s banking and finance practice. He has extensive experience in the structuring and negotiation of M&A, joint venture and financing transactions, and has represented local and foreign clients in public and private stock and asset acquisitions, offerings of debt and equity securities, bank financings and debt restructurings. He also advises clients on securities and corporate governance issues. Mr Parise’s recent transactional work includes Raizen’s US$916 million million acquisition of Shell’s downstream business in Argentina; Ternium’s EUR1.45 billion acquisition of CSA Siderúrgica do Atlântico; Maverick's US$330 million sale of its electric conduit business; and Alpek’s acquisition of BASF’s Argentinian expandable polystyrene business. Mr Parise was a New York-based associate with Sullivan & Cromwell LLP (1999–2004).
