Founding partner Mr Morales represents principals in major corporate finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions; equity capital markets transactions, international corporate debt restructurings, public and private securities issuances and debt emissions, as well as restructuring of liabilities.

He has extensive experience advising investment banks and companies in the structuring, negotiation and execution of complex domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, debt issuances and corporate restructurings, especially in the industry sectors of power, financial services, retail and energy.

He graduated magna cum laude from the Universidad de Chile and was admitted to the Chilean Bar. He was awarded with a Fulbright scholarship to pursue graduate studies in the US and graduated with an LLM degree from the University of Chicago Law School. Later he practised as a foreign associate at White & Case LLP in New York. After this experience, he he co-founded the firm.
