Alberto Rebaza is managing partner at the firm. He graduated, summa cum laude, in law from the Pontificia Catholic University of Peru and holds a master's in law from the University of Virginia (Fulbright scholarship). He has also participated in specialised courses at Georgetown University and other institutions in the US and the UK.
His fields of expertise are mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, project finance, reorganisations, competition and antitrust issues and private clients.
He has participated as a speaker at several conferences in Lima, Mexico, Dublin, Sao Paulo, Panamá, Bogotá, Barcelona, NYC, among others. He is vice president of the Art Museum of Lima, member of the international patronage committee of the Reina de Sofía Museum and member of the Latin American Circle at Guggenheim Museum in NYC.
He is former professor of corporate finance law at Pontificia Catholic University and Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas. He is director in several companies, such as Amrop, YPO, Liderman. He is a former partner of Rodrigo Elías & Medrano Abogados.
