Felipe Cuberos specialises in corporate law, commercial contracts, M&A transactions and corporate insolvency. He advises on designing and implementing corporate structures, joint ventures, distribution arrangements and commercial contracts and is an arbitrator in these areas. He has experience advising Colombian and international clients in establishing their businesses in Colombia, in legalising their foreign investments, in designing complex distribution structures and in M&A transactions especially those with high real estate components.

Since 1995, he has lectured on contracts and business law for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in the Universidad de Los Andes, Universidad del Rosario and Universidad Javeriana.
