Practice areas: Transactional lawyer with experience in corporate finance, M&A, joint ventures, domestic and international debt and equity securities offerings and debt restructurings. He provides advice on regulation for banks, corporate governance issues and public–private partnerships, having represented a broad range of international companies and banks in significant transactions.

Education: Master’s (LLM) degree from Harvard Law School in 1996. Graduated from Universidad Católica Argentina in 1990 (Gold Medal Award).

Professional and academic experience: partner at PAGBAM since 1994. Holds positions on boards of directors and supervisory committees of several corporations. He taught graduate courses at the University of Buenos Aires and at the Argentine Catholic University. 

Admissions and affiliations: admitted to practise both in New York and Argentina. Member of the New York State Bar Association, Committee of Bank Lawyers, Bar Association and Harvard Club of Argentina, where he has served as Vice-President.

Languages: Spanish, English and French.
