Alfredo Chávez has over 20 years of experience providing legal and business advice and counselling to multinational and Mexican companies in all types of real estate transactions, franchising, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, restructuring contracts, project financing, investments, compliance, money laundering, data privacy, public bids and regulatory issues in general.

His work includes active representation of diverse clients from a wide variety of industries, including in multimillion-dollar transactions and investments in the areas of real estate, energy, services industry, electricity generation, alternative dispute resolutions and structuring of foreign investments, franchise investments and projects for their consolidation in Mexico. Mr Chávez has also counselled major energy and oil-related consortiums in public bids.

Mr Chávez obtained his law degree and postgraduate degree in tax law from the Universidad Panamericana. He is member of the Mexican Bar Association (Barra Mexicana de Abogados) and the National Association of In House Counsel (ANADE).
