Javier Enrique Patrón joined Marval, O'Farrell & Mairal in 1992 and has been a partner since 1997. He is currently responsible for the firm’s labour and social security law department.

He offers comprehensive advice in all aspects related to his area of specialisation. He also represents clients in administrative proceedings related to labour matters.

He graduated as a lawyer from the Law School of the University of Argentine Social Museum in 1988.

Prior to joining the firm, he worked in the Tribunal del Trabajo No. 1 of the Departamento Judicial de San Isidro, in Buenos Aires, between 1987 and 1992, and at the Tribunal de Menores No. 3 of the Departamento Judicial de San Isidro during 1986 and 1987. Between 1983 and 1986 he worked as a trainee in business, commercial and corporate labour law.

He has been an assistant professor in labour and social security law in the Universidad del Museo Social Argentino since 1996 and in labour law at the University of Buenos Aires from 1989 until 1992.

He has spoken at many conferences and seminars on his specialist subjects.
