International litigation and arbitration: We represent clients in connection with disputes related to the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act (FSIA), asset recovery, extraterritorial applications of US laws, multi-jurisdictional conflicts of law and the enforcement of foreign judgments.
International taxation and estate planning: Our team advises on cross-border tax issues, including tax aspects related to corporate reorganisations, mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, repatriations, estate planning, as well as other tax mitigation strategies and structures.
