The firm advised Aerodom in a US$533 million cross-border notes and bank debt financing. The firm also served as counsel to the Bank of Nova Scotia in a US$120 million and €18 million secured financing extended to Phoenix Tower, a Blackstone portfolio company. The firm recently represented DEG in the financing of a renewable energy project in the Dominican Republic.
