Agroindustry and real estate: IA is a preferred source of advice for clients in sell-purchase agreements, agrarian title analysis, corporate restructuring and financing, company buyouts and share-pledge agreements, financing deals for construction, obtaining municipal licences, drafting horizontal property contracts, urban map approval and all necessary requirements to convey ownership rights to clients.
Banking and finance: Qualified in counselling clients in debt reorganisation, leasing and loan agreements, credit lines, bond placing and public offerings, trusts, debt restructuring and bank restructuring and acquisition of portfolios.
