Advising Shanghai Gorgeous Investment Development, with respect to the development of the port of Isla Margarita. The port is located at the Atlantic entrance to the Panama Canal and is expected to have an annual capacity of 3 million TEU.

Advising Spectrum Go Inc in connection with the first multi-client seismic acquisition project in the Caribbean waters of Panama to determine the existence of underwater geological structures with potential to hold hydrocarbon reservoirs.
Advising the Hitachi, Ltd, Mitsubishi Corporation and Ansaldo STS, SpA, in connection with an Agreement signed with Metro de Panamá, SA, a corporation 100% owned by the Republic of Panama, regarding the participation of this group of companies that, led by Hitachi, Ltd, shall perform the works of the nominated subcontractor under the turnkey contract for the Monorail type Line 3 of the Panama Metro project.
Pro bono: Our attorneys dedicate more than 2,000 hours per year to pro bono related activities. More than 55 lawyers are involved by helping over 20 NGOs and other groups working on social projects. Of significant impact, we can mention our support on the creation of Panama’s first central blood bank, first food bank, the Panama Chamber of Recycling and an historic process involving a constitutional challenge filed before the Panamanian Supreme Court of Justice and seeking to amend an article of the Family Code prohibiting equal marriage in Panama.
