Fewer Latin American law firm associates feel positive about their salaries than they did a few years ago – and for good reason, as many pay packages are not rising above inflation. Latin American firms leading the way in the world of pro bono By completing this survey, all of the participating firms have demonstrated an awareness of the importance of the practice of pro bono. Indeed, the results suggest that they are all making headway in instilling a pro bono culture in their institutions, albeit in different ways and at varying speeds.
