Associate Rolando Ibarra-Rodriguez, of Mexico’s Sánchez-DeVanny Eseverri, SC, has been appointed as the only Mexican lawyer to be an officer of the Citizen Submission Unit (CSU) of NAFTA’s Commission for Environmental Cooperation (CEC). The appointment was announced on October 22.
