Chinese state-owned investor Silk Road Fund has hired Alessandri in Santiago, while compatriot food services company JoyVio Group has taken counsel from Chinese law firm Grandall and Chile’s Cariola, Díez, Pérez-Cotapos, in the companies’ joint purchase of Chile’s largest listed salmon farming company for just shy of US$1 billion.
