Chile and Colombia’s private-public partnership (PPP) laws are among the best in Latin America according to a recent infrastructure report. Chile’s PPP-specific monitoring agencies bolster its sound business climate, while Colombia’s frequent improvements to PPP laws have been pivotal for ensuring a good flow of income into the infrastructure projects it tenders, but local GCs still see room for improvements.
