Paraguay’s fight against corruption falls short
A year and a half after the approval of the National Corruption Prevention Plan in Paraguay, local lawyers say although the country has made significant strides to combat corruption in the public sector, more measures are needed for the private sector and real change is lacking when it comes to enforcement.
