Odebrecht “failed to fulfil” monitorship obligations, DOJ says
The US Department of Justice (DOJ) told a Brooklyn federal court on 29 January that Odebrecht’s 2016 plea agreement over a global bribery scandal has been extended. Odebrecht, which was handed the largest corruption fine ever at the time, will have until approximately mid November to fulfil its obligations to the DOJ.
