Brazilian all-female in-house networking group Jurídico de Saias – whose name translates as “Legal in Skirts” –have joined forces with a Brazilian university to launch a pilot mentorship programme aimed at guiding female Afro-Brazilian law students through their careers. Some of the network’s members spoke to LACCA about the new programme, and how it aims to incite diversity in the legal industry.
