Colombian President approves new law to crack down on corruption

Colombia has passed a new anti-bribery law aimed at closing loopholes in legislation passed five years ago and helping them gain entry into the OECD, but lawyers have questioned whether the country has the institutional capacity to launch complex investigations or the compliance culture to ensure their success.
