Bolivia proposes to increase oil and gas incentives
Foreign oil companies in Bolivia could receive an incentive of up to US$55 dollars for every barrel of oil produced in Bolivia if a draft law currently with the country’s senate is approved; however, a lawyer close to the negotiations says questions remain over how the government will fund the higher incentive.
