Whistle-blower rules ‘will come’ in Brazil

Companies operating in Brazil should invest now in getting appropriate whistle-blower protocols into their compliance programmes, before a harsh new law on the subject is passed, opined a panel at the International Compliance Congress in Brazil this week.
