OSX’s deputy GC moves to private practice

Another of the in-house team at the collapsed EBX group in Brazil has found safe harbour, as Marcos Castro, ex-assistant general counsel of bankrupt shipyard unit OSX, has joined Stocche Forbes Padis Filizzola Clapis Advogados as a partner.
