Mexican GCs expect data privacy enforcement to rise following accession to EU convention

Lawyers in Mexico predict that the country’s Data Protection Agency (DPA) will step up its regulatory enforcement efforts to cement its place as a party to the European Union (EU) convention on the transfer and protection of personal data.
