Lawyers mull CGU guidelines for companies
Brazil’s Office of the Comptroller General (CGU) has published guidelines on corporate integrity programmes, reaffirming that upper-level management must play a central role, but lawyers say the guide could go further to clarify the Clean Companies Act and how companies should enforce their internal anticorruption policies.
