Latin Lawyer anti-corruption & investigations conference: improving transparency in Brazil

The Clean Company Law isn’t Brazil’s only effort to tackle corruption, and with regulation to guide the new law still in development, Sérgio Seabra, secretary of transparency and corruption prevention at Brazil’s Comptroller General (CGU), used his keynote address at Latin Lawyer’s anti-corruption & investigations conference to highlight the progress of initiatives designed to increase transparency in the country implemented over the last decade.
