Labour reform failing to provide legal security, according to speakers at LACCA’s regional meeting
While lawyers in Brazil are divided on whether or not the country’s labour reform will succeed in achieving its goals of reducing litigation while promoting the country’s economy, delegates at LACCA’s São Paulo meeting all agreed that the reform failed to increase legal security for both employers and workers.
