Former GC slams ‘ineffective’ SEC and DoJ
The former general counsel for USAir has published a paper demanding stronger regulation of public companies, and strongly criticising the US regulatory agencies for not preventing, and weakly punishing, “egregious corporate wrongdoing”.Lawrence Stentzel, who joined Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP for a spell after leaving the airline, voices his criticism in “Federal regulation is not an effective deterrent to corporate malfeasance,’ published by Corporate Crime Reporter.
