Data protection: adapt to tighter regulations, say panellists

As Brazil’s Congress discuss bills that would create the country’s first general law on data protection, panellists at LACCA’s São Paulo meeting urged GCs and their legal departments not to wait for the changes to be implemented and instead start preparing their companies for the new reality.
