CSR – now the hardest law possible?

Corporate social responsibility is still seen by some as ‘soft law’, or even just part of a public relations policy. However, for EU companies, CSR is no longer voluntary, and compliance with all applicable laws is just the minimum CSR standard for companies – requiring a deep strategic rethink for all businesses, argued a panel at the IBA conference in Boston this week
