Colombian case to provide insight into FCPA investigations

Former co-chief executive officer of Colombian oil services company PetroTiger, Joseph Sigelman, has pleaded not guilty to charges of bribing an official at the country’s state-controlled oil company Ecopetrol - after the GC and other CEO have pled guilty.
