Calling in the cavalry

A big part of a GC’s role is to assess whether a problem can be handled internally or whether it is outside the scope of in-house expertise; often, however, this is much easier said than done. GCs at LACCA’s regional meeting in Miami gathered to discuss the considerations that come into play when deciding whether to keep work in-house or bring in external advice.
