Brazil’s outsourcing bill: An endless source of contention

Brazil’s new outsourcing bill offers a great number of opportunities for companies, but as it progresses towards becoming a law, the new rules remain shrouded in legal uncertainty and beset by opposition from a number of sectors.  GCs came together at LACCA São Paulo meeting in April to discuss the position of major institutions for and against the bill, the main changes introduced and the potential impact for companies.
