Argentine lawyers discuss bill to boost data security

Lawyers in Argentina have welcomed the Data Protection Agency’s (DPA) proposed data security overhaul, and say it is important for the country to better align itself to the European Union’s incoming General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and ensure it remains a suitable market for doing business.
