Application process

Firms are selected for listing in the Latin Lawyer 250 and Latin Lawyer National on merit, and research is conducted continuously to assess firms through the region for the next edition.

If your firm is not included in our guides and you would like us to consider it for inclusion, please complete the relevant application form:

Latin American firms and local law offices of international firms
Latin American practice groups of international firms

We strongly advise you to tell us about the kind of work your firm is doing throughout the year, for publication in our daily email briefing and website. We use this heavily when researching firms.

More information about how to submit news can be found here. Please note that research for the next edition for Latin Lawyer 250 has concluded and we are not accepting further submissions. This edition will be published on the second half of the year. Research for Latin Lawyer National will start in March and law firms in this guide will be contacted then.

Editorial submission calendar - for existing Latin Lawyer 250 firms only

Stage 1 - client references (and information on non-transactional practice areas where applicable): Request for information sent out in July 2021, with six-week deadline.
Stage 2 - review of LL250 editorial profile, request for telephone interview: Request for information sent out in January 2022, with approximately one-month deadline.
Stage 3 - law firm numbers: Request for information sent out at start of April, with two-week deadline.
