Cabanellas, Etchebarne & Kelly has advised Harris Canada Inc in a master loan agreement of up to US$30 million granted to Impsat SA of Argentina. The deal forms part of an international transaction in which four other Impsat subsidiaries acted as co-borrowers. These included Impsat Brazil, Impsat Colombia, Impsatel Del Ecuador, and Impsat Venezuela. The deal was closed on June 15th.
