Luxembourg steelmaker Ternium has hired Elvinger Hoss Prussen in Luxembourg, Mitrani Caballero & Ruiz Moreno in Buenos Aires and Veirano Advogados in São Paulo to obtain a US$500 million loan for its Brazilian subsidiary.
