Coca-Cola buys Unilever’s soy drinks business
The New York, Washington, DC and São Paulo offices of Clifford Chance LLP, Mexico’s Von Wobeser y Sierra SC, Brazil’s TozziniFreire Advogados and Lobo & de Rizzo Advogados, the Buenos Aires office of Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP and Paraguay's Berkemeyer Attorneys & Counsellors have helped The Coca-Cola Company and its largest bottler Coca-Cola Femsa buy Unilever’s soy-based beverage business for US$575 million, a deal that ups Coca-Cola’s share of the Latin American drinks market.
