Cleary, Errecondo González, Shearman and Bruchou behind Argentina’s US$16.5 billion capital markets return
Argentina has returned to the international capital markets after a 15-year absence, hiring the New York and Buenos Aires offices of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP and Argentina's Errecondo González y Funes for the historic bond offer, while the banks worked with Shearman & Sterling LLP and Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi in Buenos Aires.
