Chile antitrust regulator may punish aerial firefighters
Chile’s antitrust enforcer has asked the Tribunal of the Defence of Free Competition to fine two aerial firefighting companies more than US$6 million for allegedly rigging bids on both public and private tenders for the provision of aerial firefighting services.
