Brazil’s Piemonte raises capital to pay for data centres

Brazil’s Pinheiro Neto Advogados has helped the subsidiary of local investment group Piemonte Holding raise 300 million reais (US$56 million) to finance recent acquisitions of data centres that it bought from Brazilian communications companies Oi and Globo.
