CADE shelves investigation of bid-rigging among dredgers
In light of recommendations made by prosecutors, the tribunal of Brazil’s Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE) voted on Thursday to acquit nine domestic companies and six foreign companies of collusion in bidding for port-dredging public contracts.
