Bruchou, Fernández Madero and Estudio Alegria help in Monroe Americana's debt restructuring

Bruchou, Fernández Madero, Lombardi & Mitrani has assisted a syndicate of banks in the structuring and negotiation of a debt-restructuring agreement covering indebtedness in excess of US$35.5 million entered into by Monroe Americana SA, one of the leading pharmaceutical products distributors in Argentina, and the majority of its creditors.
