Bosses at Brazil's competition regulator question Bayer/Monsanto merger
The General Superintendence of Brazil’s Administrative Council for Economic Defence (CADE) has recommended that the competition authority challenge Bayer’s US$66 billion agrochemical merger with Monsanto, after concluding the deal could stifle competition and innovation.
