Yazmín Cáceres Lucero is a partner with the PwC tax practice, and has 26 years of experience in handling large clients in the Mexican and US markets, including 20 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions.
She has handled a number of due diligence engagements and has provided tax advisory services that include identifying, analysing and quantifying risks, advisory work for tax planning and streamlining, planning transactions and assistance for the closing of transactions.
Her main areas of expertise include international M&A, including carve-outs and post-merger integration projects, corporate simplification, tax due diligence work and private equity transactions.
Yazmin is co-author of the book Fusiones y Adquisiciones en México: Teoría y Práctica Gerencial, in collaboration with the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México and Instituto Mexicano de Ejecutivos en Finanzas, AC.
Yazmin is a certified public accountant and is fluent in Spanish and English.
