Victoria Rodríguez Goyena

Senior Associate, Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal

Victoria is an incoming senior associate to the litigation and arbitration department of Marval O’Farrell Mairal. Victoria is a graduate of the University of Buenos Aires, with a postgraduate degree in business/corporate law from the University of San Andres (Argentina) and a Geneva LLM in international dispute settlement (MIDS). Victoria has gained experience in dispute resolution in law firms in Argentina, Paris and Geneva, as well as in-house counsel of the Ministry of Treasury of the Argentine Republic. This experience comprises commercial, investment and sports arbitration, as well as commercial and public law litigation. Last, Victoria is closely engaged with the academic field by training teams of different universities (Buenos Aires, San Andrés, Fribourg) in moot arbitration competitions. She also formed part of the team that created the Argentinean Young Association Practitioners, being director for the first period.
