René Claure Veizaga is a partner of Moreno Baldivieso, with more than 17 years of experience in the areas of arbitration, insurance, corporate law, finance and labour law.
René has acted as counsel in numerous complex and specialised arbitrations in national and international disputes. In particular, he has represented and advised our clients in commercial and investment disputes, in the areas of insurance, construction, contracts, corporate, energy, aviation, mining and international trade.
René stood out as the best student of the Law School of the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés and obtained his master’s degree in Financial Markets Law from the academic body of the Andean Community of Nations, the Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar. Currently, he is a member of the National Academy of Juridical Sciences of Bolivia and teaches civil and commercial law in postgraduate courses.
