Rafael is a partner in FerradaNehme’s dispute resolution and compliance practice areas.
Rafael has an LLM (Focus on criminal corporate liability) from Pompeu Fabra University, Spain, where he is currently doing a PhD in criminal law. He has published several jurisprudence comments, papers, books and chapters, focused on matters related to economic criminal law matters. He was a criminal law professor at Universidad de Chile and is currently researching the relationship between regulation and criminal law, as part of his doctoral studies.
Besides his work at the law firm, Rafael is a member of the Chilean Institute of Criminal Law, member of the board in the Programme ‘+Probidad’ in the NGO Acción Empresas, and a member of the Society for Ethics and Compliance.
