Paula Moreira Indalecio is a criminal law attorney with more than 20 years of practising experience. She holds a bachelor of laws degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo in 2001, where she served as a volunteer teaching assistant in criminal law lectures. She holds a graduate degree in white-collar crime from the São Paulo Law School of the Getúlio Vargas Foundation and completed the postgraduate programme in economic and EU criminal law at the University of Coimbra, in partnership with the Brazilian Institute of Criminal Sciences, in 2005. Paula also attended the LLM in capital and financial markets law course at IBMEC São Paulo (now Insper).
