Mayra C Suárez is a counsel in the firm’s litigation and government enforcement and white-collar crime groups. She has conducted internal investigations on behalf of US and foreign corporations, audit committees and individuals in the United States, Europe, Africa and Latin America. She also has defended clients in connection with allegations of unlawful antitrust practices and in investigations by the US Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
