Mario Lercari is a Peruvian attorney working as a visiting associate with Linklaters for its Latin-American finance and capital markets practice in New York.
Prior to joining Linklaters, he worked as an associate in the corporate practice of Peruvian law firm Payet, Rey, Cauvi, Pérez Abogados. He specialises in corporate and financial issues, including the structuring of financing, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, project finance and private public partnerships (PPPs). He has also advised companies in regulated industries, on compliance and anticorruption regulations in infrastructure and construction.
He holds a law degree from Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and an LLM in corporation law from New York University, as well as a diploma in structuring, regulation and experiences of infrastructure PPPs from the University of the Pacific.
